Boyd was born on July 26, and is currently serving as a City Commissioner on the Board of Commissioners, located at Boiling Spring Lakes, a small southern community in North Carolina. Married, lives with his wife, Dorothy, in a house next to a shallow lake. He has been a poetry writer, having written for two years for a woman’s e-magazine. Has written two unpublished novels and has the regular column on J. Kurn website. Loves film noir movies and reading, has a large collection of non-fiction and detective novels. Listens to jazz of Diana Krall, Stan Kenton and Chet Baker. Mingo, the lab, is his owner.

A veteran professional wrestling reporter, Ring was born on February 19. He has written many columns in over six e-magazines on the sport before turning to writing opinion and some poetry columns. He was a private detective for some thirteen years and is a devoted TV watcher of crime and mystery shows. He has resided in various places and still likes to wander around, when the spirit moves him. Considers comic strips to be a native art form. Has done some oil painting, and took four years of art.
